”[TR/EAD]: Upstairs at The Rose...” took place over the course of a week in June, in the theatre upstairs at the Rose & Crown in Walthamstow, as part of E17 Art Trail. It was the second iteration of the work, an trial version having taken place in April 2024. Made in collaboration with Fereday, Charley Apperley, Paze Amor and with the local kids from Highams Park who worked excellently on the sound, rigging and lighting.

It was a self propelled and self funded project inspired by an initial idea for an audio-play style installation.

It took the form of a ~40 minute immersive performance, threading together spoken word, soundscape and moving image components, punctuated by appearances from collaborators.
